Sertraline for 2 and half weeks.

I been on Sertraline for 2 and half weeks. Had bad anxiety the beginning but seems to be going away. I take 50 mgs in the morning. Had a hard time sleeping in the beginning with night sweats. So far I feel better in the afternoon to bedtime but the mornings are bad emotional and hard to get to work. But I do go and feel better after. I feel like a roller-coaster right now. Any insight will help

Mine is depression, racing thoughts, panic and aniexty. Been this way for 10 years and finally a life event put it over the top so I decided to get help. My 6 year old is a cancer survivor but that's only the tip of the ice berg. I am really hoping things smooth out quickly.

I am hoping 50 mgs will be enough for me. I am very glad for these forums and support. I feel totally alone right now and it's not like me.
