Wondering if anyone can help or give me hope? I am on mirtazapine for depression sertraline for OCD and pmdd sertraline doesn't seem to be helping at all it's the first day I normally start getting my symptoms for pmdd and I can feel them coming! I have been on sertraline for a week but seen it has worked the first time people have took it for pmdd has anyone's symptoms got better on it or is this just not going to work for my pmdd?
