sertraline from 100 mg to 125mg the first 3 days were good now my depression came back but anxiety went away is that normal? building up to 150mg but on 125 right now been on zoloft for almost 7 years.
my crazy ocd thoughts went away feel like i get angry quicker do to the depression.

Hi,
Sertraline can take 6-8 weeks to work properly for depression although you may notice benefits 1-2 weeks.

Sorry, just noticed you have been on it for 7 years as Zoloft (Just called Sertraline in UK.)
It will probably just take a while for your body to adjust to the increase of 125 then again to 150.
Hang on in there, give it time to settle in.
