I used to take 50mg in the morning and 50mg in the evening, this helped for a while, however i ended up taking it in the evening that way i slept through the side effects :D.
Good luck, keep strong!!!!

On occasion , I found it either made me super tired or super awake.
When i first jumped from 50mg to 100mg , it was a big shock to my system but it gets better.
Im off sertraline now but it really helped me regain control of my life and made a meal of my anxiety.
Feel free to ask any questions :D
cheers

it's mainly due to the fact that it's a higher dose that can normally cause people some issues adjusting to the increase.
Thanks,

I was the same but despite all this remember its your mind and body and you can control it, if you do have particular bad days just express yourself on the forum there will always be a listening ear available, if it gets really bad then see you GP but im sure you will be fine.
We have all pretty much been through or going through the same, so we can draw strength from each other, speaking from personal experience from someone who has survived Fluoxetine, Sertraline and Mertazipine, side effects are merely short term pain for long term gain.
Keep strong!!!!
All the best
