hi all

i came of paroxetine in may 2019 after taking 20/30g for over 20 years.

as i was feeling anxious and down.

did 2 weeks at 25 did two weeks at 50 from there i increased to 100g, about 24 weeks, for the last 6 weeks i havd been on 150.

the intrusive thoughts eased, but thats all, im still anxious, over thinking, constantly eating , somethings are confusing me, my memory has got me really worried , feel like i cannot continue like this.

on tues got an emergency appt at drs

she said the symptoms that i was having slong with the shaking aggitation seemed like the dose was too high and to reduce it to 100, and if i could 50 within the next couple of weeks and see about chsnging meds

since reducing on tuesday to 100 i have fellt a bit better and actually had a couple of glimers of normality.

has anyone else had this, i still feel the 100 is too high, and i want to gee down to 50, asap, ive taken a week of work to try and do this, if you have had similar experience what did you do.

i did ask eas it the withdrawal from paroxetine, but said that should have been well out of system now after all this time x
