Sertraline help !

I've been prescribed sertraline for anxiety and depression , I've also found I've felt worse since coming off the pill so hormones could be adding to it ?

I've taken 2 x 25mg sertraline last 2 days at night , first day felt really tired , light headed , but spaced out but today I've felt faint a few times , hot and cold , and then bad anxiety this afternoon sad I'm really scared as I panic about feeling faint so it's made me really scared today sad

I'm afraid to take any more but hate the way I feel.

My doctor suggested St. John's wort ? Anyone had success with this ? I also have bad acid reflux at the moment and wonder if this is making my anxiety worse ?

my psychiatrist told me to not mix sertraline with St. John's wort?? she said it would reduce the efficacy of sertraline..may want to research that or ask your Dr again..just a little info to pass along..good luck

I think that most of what you are describing is typical side effects that fade over a few weeks

Most peopl say stick with it if you can and things will improve
