No wonder Hun your body hasn't had chance to adjust I should imagine you are having quite bad side affects give it a few more weeks at 100 and lthen see how you feel it's takes a good 1 weeks or so to get over side affects and then a few more weeks to start working can be 5_6 weeks before your feel better x

Honestly, they should have had you on 25 for about 4 weeks then 50 for about six. You probably wouldn't even need to go to 100.

All those feelings are very typical and the nausea will last for about 4 weeks. Weirdly you will come to challenge them for what they are and maybe a couple more like a little twitch of the legs. Those are the chemicals not you.

However you can counter that feeling of nausea with some over the counter stuff for 'feeling nauseaus'. Boots have something horribly pink that looks like Windowlene but works quite well. Also, make your self eat something simple like soup and you will find the nausea is dininshed.

Hang in there jessie. You will overcome it and the wait is worth it.

    Bless you.

    Phil

The best advice I had whgen starting this drug was you must hang in there for 4/5 weeks (started on 50mg). They were right.

I think your Dr increased the dosage too soon your body needs to get used to the drug! But your already a week on 100 so stick with it I was 5months getting to 100mg and finally feel "normal" again. Just try and breath through the anxiety take 10 minutes to yourself if your in work/school etc just to calm yourself and eventually things will get better I'd give your self 6 weeks before expecting to feel much different. Hope your feeling better soon xx

Hi Jessie - For some people 25mg is enough but depending on your height and weight and how extreme your anxiety is, you may need more. I'm on 150mg. I started at 25, then 50, then 75, then back to 50 because I wasn't feeling well. At 50 I still wasn't feeling well so I jumped to 100 for two weeks and now on 150mg for the last 7 days. I haven't found that much of a difference on every jump. I have a few good days and some bad days. I had more bad days at the lower dossages and staring to get better at the higher dossage. My doctor told me that I'm probably starting to get the benefits of the 75 and 100 now and the 150 will come in two to 4 weeks.

You've been on 100 for almost two weeks now. I hope you are starting to feel better.
