It's really important to read the leaflet inside the medication.  Buzzing in the head is one of the side effects.  It didn't go away for me for 4 months.  Try and weigh up the pros and cons, is it better to put up with occasional buzzing and yet feel better from depression?  If not make an appointment to discuss with your GP.  Good luckrolleyes

Sorry, I forgot about the feeling of not being here.  Is it a feeling of  not being real?  discuss this with a doctor.  A feeling of not being real, or of not being here is a sulmptom of depression and not necessarily a side effect of medication.  redface
