sertraline. Is that a light I see at the end of the tunnel

Hi all

After 6 weeks on sert last 2 at 100mg I woke yesterday morning and for the first time my heart wasn't pounding ,I could breathe , and had stopper sweating.

Actually made it out the house for a bit and visited a friend. Even done some washing.

Since then I've been stuck in the house and been bored and more depressed but the anxiety is less and I haven't had a panic attack. I'll take this as a step in the right direction. The light is a long way of and a bit dim but at least it's there...

Well done rich, small steps, positive mental attitude, keep up the good work, go for a walk around the street, wear sunglasses to hide behind, put earphones in, you will get there.

I am not far behind either, slept all night, went to shops, hung washing out.

    We will get better.
