Sertraline Nausea

Okay so I just started Sertraline for panic attacks related to a phobia of vomit. Has anyone experienced vomiting with their nausea? Because I am trying to fight through this nausea in hopes that I won't actually throw up. Any help on remedies as well?

    Cece  have u tried Zantac or alkaseltzer for UR tummy or tums. There us a lot of OTC meds to help with nausea. Liquid or pill form..

    Just started sertraline 1 week ago and I have nausau too - but have newer vomited. Don't think voming is a common side effect

    Hi I have been taking sertreline over a two years now. All the side effects will claim down. The sickness feeling nasty I know. But I never was sick. Must eat breakfast it really does help even if it's a bit. Take care

    iv been on sertraline 50mg for a couple of months, i have now upped my dose to 100mg and now currently experiencing nausea from that medication ( i also have a fobia of vomiting ). its not pleasent at all and it feels like a battle to not be sick but i was never sick on my 50mg so im sure i wont be sick on the 100mg
