Sertraline, need answers

So been off of Sertraline for 9 days now, Still dont feel like myself, tired easily, cant really focus one many things at once,

my eyes seem to feel unfocused if I'm focusing on something,

I went to my psychiatrist monday, and started my 10mg Celexa, hoping that i get back to feeling myself.

still have ringing in my ear, the echos of my name are still there when its silent, or certain sounds make me feel like their there (like a car running while driving, a washer machine)

also if i try to listen to the tv or music in the car while driving my hearing starts to go fuzzy after 10 minutes from trying to focus one one sound with two sounds being registered at the same time making my anxiety feeling like its going up or my head starts to feel fuzzy

I've also noticed that i seem to forget if I'm breathing or not, when I'm focusing on soemthing, i end up noticing that I'm not breathing,

I need to know will this get better?

when will i start to feel normal again?

when will i stop feeling like a freak, overwhelmed and stupid with how my head and mind feels?
