    Hi Stephanie

I would go back sooner rather than later. How long have you been on sertraline? And how do you know that it is not working? Each dose increase takes the same time frame of 4-6 weeks for it to fully help you don't forget x

      Hi,KLc

i think I will mention how I feel to the nurse I'm seeing in the morning and see what she says. I carnt tell if it's working or not as just feel the same. I admit my thoughts are slightly better so maybe it is starting to have an effect

      Hi Stephanie

Yes, do... Always good to just mention how you feel and keep on top of things. Sometimes it can be a gradual feeling of getting better and you actually don't notice it much until you really think of how bad you were/felt.

      Sending well wishes

    hi stephanie,

i would suggest waiting another  weeks, as i was on 100mg then increased to 150mg and it takes a good few weeks to settle into your system before you feel any difference so i'd give it another 2 weeks as 200mg is  high dosage :-)
