I was on 200mg sertraline but decided to just stop it I was fine for 3 weeks then had a massive relapse doctor prescribed Prozac have been on it for a month no improvement should I go back to sertraline???? I’m so confused

A chat with your GP would be good, he/she can give you other options, there are lots of types of drugs available.
Someone I know was on Sert for quite a while, then switched to escitalopram - which they find works well.
It is a matter of 'trial and error' for some people before they hit the one that is of the most benefit.
