My friend take 200 mg Sertraline, still had anxiety and no motivation. Then, his doctor added buspirone, he felt better immediately, like day and night. That is what I heard.

It takes me a year to feel 80% better. I take Duloxetine.

I have been on/off sertraline for more than half my lifetime (I am 44 yrs old) and I can tell you with a degree of confidence that this med appears to be the right med for you, but it just takes time. The reason is that you've had some good days.

This med helps with anxiety/OCD first and it takes a long time to lift you out of depression. I got back on it in Nov 2016 and only in April 2017 when I noticed the sun again.

Also, you need to be on the right dosage for anywhere 12 weeks or maybe even more. If I were you I would keep on this med at 150mg for a couple more months.
