Sertraline restart

So about 2 years ago i started experience severe anxiety issues. i was put on sertraline. After i got pass the side effects. i was doing really well. Got up to 75mg but went back down to 50 mg because it was the best i felt. The one day i felt so much better. I thought i was better so i started to slowly get off sertraline. 6 weeks after i got off i started experiencing balance issues, head pressure, trouble sleeping. Got put on buspirone and stuff really got bad. so now im back on sertraline. Will i experience side effects from getting back on sertraline? if so will it be less than the first time?
