Hello all, hope your all baring up, really appreciate your thoughts please, so this is my first time really on any medication, most certainly anything like this recent health anxiety (not had an issue for 20 Yrs) meant the Dr put me on Sertraline, straight onto 50mg honestly the first 2 Weeks were dreadful, now into the start of my 4th Week and I'm in a bit of a panick, night sweats have mostly subsided, but I'm left with a strange feeling in my head kind of above my right ear, not so much a pain, more a buzzing like ache, also still feeling dizziness and kind of spaced out, think they call it "brain fog" but also I've a ringing in my ear, I've put myself through a lot of stress of late, some professionally some self inflicted id really appreciate your thoughts

    Hi Craig

I was lucky & had no issues at all. I started on 25mg though and am now on 100mg. I put my dose up 25mg a time and over 10 months. I would have a word with your GP about it. Best of luck with it.

    Hi Craig,

I definitely get the tinnitus and the night sweats. When I first went on 50mg the tinnitus lasted for a couple of months on and off then subsided and I didn't get it anywhere near as often. Now I have been put up to 100mg, I am drenched every night with sweat, along with my sheets and duvet and the tinnitus is back again
