Kayleigh, even if you are on med and it seems to be working, if you are more stressed than usual, you'll get more intrusive thoughts and feel more shakes. Like I said, you have to give it 2-3 more weeks, that's my guess. Also, don't forget, when you first start to recover it feels like waves - you'll be all over the place, good and bad states fluctuating many times ina  day. And so, hang in there. Xx

Take it one day at a time. Sometimes you may even have to take hours at a day. When you start to recover, it's inconsistent because the med hasn't settled in your system yet. Just try not to be HALTS (hungry, angry, lonely, tired, and stressed). Get a lot of rest if you can. Sleep lots if you can. And keep occupied if you are awake.

Funnily enough I glamorously dropped my phone down the bog yday because I had the shakes. They come and go for me, but I'd take the shakes over the intrusive thoughts without a doubt. How did your CBT initial appointment over the phone go? I had my first CBT session on Wednesday night and I actually quite enjoyed it.
