Sertraline SIDE EFFECTS?
Posted , 7 users are following.
Hi there
I've recently started taking Sertraline 100mg having just transferred over from Citalopram- which I was taking for approx 7years.
Since beginning Sertraline about 6weeks ago, I've been experiencing nausea, tummy pains and worse of all diarrhoea.
Can anyone please tell me if this is normal or is this extreme?!
Thanks

thought i would wade in with this discussion as have a few tips since i have been on them for 2 and a half- 3 months.
they honestly do work the side affects are a bit brutal to begin with for a little while and you mind starts playing tricks on you but i promise you once they have gone what a differece they make especially with anxiety. stick in there and you will notice a difference,
if you want any advice please ask, as far as am aware we are in it together

When I first started to take them I felt really sicky and wobbly, but gp advised me to take them before going to bed. All yeucky side effects stopped and never looked back then. Helped me so much
