I was on sertraline for about 3 years. 3 weeks earlier i had a spike in anxiety, so doc increased my dosage from 100 to 125. I am feeling depressed and my morning anxiety is back, constant anxiety and intrusive thoughts . Am increasing my dosage to 150. Is this type of side effects normal?

I've increased my citalopram from 10mg to 20mg and depression seems to be one of my side effects tbh x I have seen a few different people on different meds have the same on an increase x
I hope it is just a side effect and it does pass x

Not sure if you have seen my prior post on why sometimes we feel bad after starting or increasing dose of antidepressants but it may help explain why you're feeling worse right now, it's a long read but definitely worth it 😃
