Sertraline side effects

Hi im new too this ive been suffering with panic attacks and anxiety for about 5 years mainly focusing on health anxiety, anyway i managed CBT and was ok until a family friend has passed away ive felt awful again. ive been prescribed sertraline 50mg 1 a day, and after 3 days of taking i feel feverish been to out of hours docs too get checked as my whole body burns on amd off but no fever, im just wondering if anyones suffered bad side effects on this and wgat too do??

    I've been taking 25mg/day for the last two weeks and been having flu-like symptoms, headaches, plus a burning sensation in my arms and legs. Still not sure if it's the sertraline or something else.
