Sertraline Side Effects

Hi Guys,

I have been prescribed Sertraline 50mg for post natal depression and anxiety, I started off taking half a tablet (25mg) for 7 days then titrated up to 50mg 4 days ago... I am having side effects such as diarrhea, lightheadedness, dizziness but worst of all headaches (like my head is full of cement, a really dull, clouded mind) is the only way I can describe it. Has anyone else has this and did it pass? I really want these to work to start enjoying maternity leave. Any feedback or positive stories would be very much appreciated.

    i have been in 50mg every other day for 3 weeks and foe 4/5 days ive been on 50mg everyday..... today i am lightheaded but like you a headache, like a full head and head pressure..... don't like this feeling at all !!!! i think i will have to go back to every other day for another few weeks
