Sertraline side effects

Hi , I have been on Sertraline 50mg for 22 days , I have had condistant side effects including , shaking , trembling , heart pounding , insomnia, no.motivation and increased anxiety , most of the usual info says that the side effects should only last a few weeks , I spoke to my Doctor 4 days ago who said they couldnt tell me how long they would last and perhaps I should come off , as i have lasted for over 3 weeks I was hoping for a reduction in symptoms hoping the drug would start to work , they gave me 10 tabs of 2mg diazepam which hasn't even taken the edge off , my life feels miserable at the

    I also didn't get on with sertraline. Sadly I am still suffering with after effects 3 weeks after stopping but hopefully they will fade.
