    Hi,

I experienced all of these for at least a couple of weeks when first starting and when i have had a dose increase as well! Try to stick with it as it does pass

    Hey!

I started it yesterday as well (50g). I decided to take it at mid-day in the hope that my side effects wouldn't kick in until I finished work.

At around 3pm i started to feel a bit wired and then the nausea kicked in. I've not physically been sick but have felt like I could be sick for the past 16 hours.

I also feel like I have a cloudy head and brain fog.

I'm dreading taking my next pill but i'm going to stick with it!

    TAKE CARE. You've got this

Unfortunately it is like that after taking Sertraline. Keep strong. That is Hard Core, but be patient...

ive recently gone back on 100mg sertraline and 15mg mirtazapine 2 and a half weeks ago. been on this combo twice before, came off of it 3/4 months ago but felt emotional and doctor said its ok to go straight back on at those dosages, side effects have been awful and i cry every day and feel helpless, my issue is i suffer intrusive thoughts about bodily functions (blinking breathing swallowing) ive had this for ages but was just living with it and was still able to be happy but atm it feels like il never feel happy again and cant see how il ever be in the moment and not locked in my own brain, if that makes sense? what thoughts do you have?

Trust me, totally normal as I am going through this as well, so hey at least your not alone right? other issues to come are indigestion, shakes , throat issues , increased anxiety etc. You gotta force feed yourself for a few days, hence why you will loose weight. I have been doing this for 2 weeks now, how about you? Avoid googling or looking up as I have already done this, instant anxiety starter lol.
