sertraline/tingling

hey anyone out there, so i started sertraline 50mg about two weeks ago now maybe a bit less and at first everything seemed fine until the bottoms of my legs started tingling and i was getting really bad headaches (the headaches have gotten better) but the tingling hasn't gone away and I'm so scared. I tend to think the worst anyway and all i can think about is if its cancer. i know this seems a crazy jump but i am such a worrier and only 19. i woke up the other day and it was gone basically but its came back again and wont go away. Before this medication i was on duloxetine and never once got side effects like this. I also cant get through to the doctor because there so high demand right now so this is my next option. please someone put my mind at ease ☹☹ im thinking the worst. i also feel a bit sick but its come and go.
