i was sertraline helped my anxiety but not totally,but ive been so depressed. dose increased to 100 june 2020. i have spoken to my dr and she wants me to try fluroxetine, as dhe said sertraline will not help my depression . just wanted to know if any one has experienced this, and what was your story tia

hi Sandra, doctors are quick enough to write prescriptions for pills. you need to find out why you are really depressed, then you'll know what to do. mindfulness, yoga, exercising, relaxation, eating properly etc might help you better. trust me people on here have been through it all

hi there, yes there are many a time your previous anxiolytic/anti-depressant medication stops working for you.. because our bodies get adapted to the medication and sometimes the body doesn't accepts the drug as it is expected to.. in such a case your doctor might change your meds or increase dose and that is totally fine and common with these meds..
