Sertraline-took only 4 doses help

I stopped the zoloft 29 days ago. I took it for anxiety and only took 4 doses- 2- 25mg and 2- 50mg. I started having brain zaps, the jerks that wake you up so my dr said stop taking it. since then I have experienced on and off dizziness, nausea, head pressure, headaches, insomnia (this is the worst), tremors, hands shaking, general hungover feeling, racing thoughts, and feeling like blah about everything. I am so worried this will not go away. Has anyone who stopped it felt this? my dr said its serontin sydrome and it should have subsided in 10 days.. well I am long past that now. I wish I never took zoloft. Anyone have experience like this?

l took sertraline for 3 and a half months (25ng for 2 weeks and 50mg for 3 months) . Trying to come off it, did reduce slowly and took last dose 12 days ago, now struggling with side effects, fuzzy head, eye sight problems, anxiety and feeling pretty awful. It's not easy and l wonder when side effects of coming off will end.

sorry you are going through it as well. I cant tell you how long as I am still dealing with issues and took 4 doses only almost 30 days ago. I can barely sleep, have vertigo, hand shakes, general unwell feeling.. its horrible. I drink lots of water and have tried to eat lots of veggies and fruits and I pray a lot..

Ask your pharmacist about taking the 10mg phenergan. It is a really low dose and a lot of people take it for hayfever.
