Sertraline unbearable nausea

I Have been on sertraline 50mg for 7 Days with 15mg mirtazapine feel suicidal with the nausea vomiting anxiety through roof will these side effects die down Feel like dying

    If you are having these suicidal thoughts then we strongly recommend you speak to someone who may be able to help. The Samaritans offer a safe space where you can talk openly about what you are going through. They can help you explore your options, understand your problems better, or just be there to listen.

    I had all those for the first two to three months, along with acute insomnia. Feel much better now but I'm on 200 mg!
