I am on this med for 2nd time and although hard side effects at the start, has helped massively. Hate being on medication but cannot deny it has made a difference. How long have u been on them? Haver u ever been on anything else?

I had a complete breakdown last December and I could not eat. I lost 8ibs which was ok as I was not thin.
The weight has stayed off but my body has filled out a bit now. Tummy has reappeared.
I’m still recovering and have not so great days but generally there is an uplift. They take a while to work but they do help. Eve

Just remember that people are more likely Post on a forum to look for advice about issues they are having with a drug than to post a positive review. I've been on it for years and other than. Having an issue with the generic when I get refills, it's worked well for me. The first week was a littlw rough, feeling really tired, but that went away. It helped me a lot.

Hi I have been taking this for quite a few years now. Once I found the right dose for me - 150 mgs - it really helps me. I don't think I could manage without it. x

My weight stayed the same on it. I suffer much more from depression than anxiety so no I didn't need anything else to calm me down. I had problems sleeping though for which I take a very lose dose of mirtazapine. x

i only on day 2 and have started with just a third of a 50mg tablet as the side effects can be nasty. I have the usual headache, backache, not sleeping, nausea (although for me nausea is a massive anxiety symptom).
Last time this drug helped me get my life back together, alongside a stress course and general rest and self care. So do hang in there! I am
