Serum total protein high since 2004

Hi

Male 31 UK

My serum total protein has been high for quite a few years. I had glandualar fever in 2004 and my blood test then showed it was 83 g/L.

I have had a number of blood tests since then:

2009 86 g/L,

2014 82 g/L,

2017 88 g/L,

2018 85 g/L

2020 84 g/L.

My Dr has never seem too concerned with it due to how long it has been around those figures. He did do an immoglobulins test and my Igg was raised:

2017 20.9 g/L

2018 21.3 g/L

2020 20.7 g/L

I have had a number of other blood tests but nothing else has been spotted. Should I be concerned here? Or are these only slightly raised?
