Posted , 5 users are following.

Been back at work for the last 4 weeks and had a massive panic attack in the middle of the office. Just back from my doctors and they have put me from 50mg to 100mg now with valium to take if I get any more!

This is scaring me going up to 100mg ;(

    Hi James,

ouch that must of been frightening, hope u r ok?

just follow the doctors instructions he knows best.......no doubt 50mg wasn't enough for you? And with having an attack is frightening enough.

doctor is just been a doctor.......

im on Sertline have been for 8 month now, and was on 50mg for abit then I was recommended to go to 100mg, WHY I asked?

because being on 50mg didn't think was high enough, 100mg was just right for me anyway.

you'll feel better and hopefully ease your mind?

    best of luck James...Michelle

    Hi James,

Understandably you are upset about what is happening, I hope you are okay.  I totally understand your concern about increasing your dosage.  I went up from 25 to 50mg 6 days ago and was very worried about the return of the side effects, which were BRUTAL.  I have to say, that today I am feeling them begin to subside.  Even though it is a slight improvement, every bit counts and makes me feel better.  Hang in there and know that you are not alone.  When you come out on the other side of this dosage increase you will feel BETTER.   CG

Im having a set back....was increased to 100mg from 50mg 6 weeks ago. It made me worse so my doctor just decreased it too 75mg. Someone people are different. Zoloft did wonders for me for 10 yrs. But now I have such bad health anxiety that nothing is helping at all. Good luck
