anyone had an anxious setback after feeling good for a long time? i have been anxious almost a week now. my work is stressful, lots going on and i lost a pregnancy early this summer. i just hope the setback subsides. i had this happen a year and a half ago and anxiety did settle after a week. my doc upped my dose from 20 to 30 after pregnancy lose. just weird bc the 30 has been in my system for almost 3 weeks now. i had one great week then boom, had a panic attack last weekend out of nowhere.

For sure... just think about all the triggers that occurred before it started and you will see why you are feeling this way. The 30mg should be kicking in around now, although some will tell you it can still take 4-6 weeks to reach full impact. Try to take as much time out as you can, reduce all stress-inducing tasks, practice mindfulness and meditation if you don't already.

I had a massive bust up with the Mental Health team a week ago and the same as you, been paying for it ever since. I just can't calm down and nerves on high alert 24/7 is would seem...

thanks for the reply, helps to know others have been in my boat. i am meditating a lot and trying to remind myself this will pass and that my impatience and fear of it are making it take even longer.

Absolutely. It will pass, but so difficult to not let it take hold while you are in the middle of it all. These things take time and a lot of patience....
