folks cant stop crying been on setraline for 4 weeks. every morning wake up early crying. is it just anxiety depression or are tabs making it worse.

hi jimmy, gosh how horrible that medicine is! you ask people on here antidepressants? awful things. can i ask if you've asked about any other alternative for depression? mindfulness, therapy, exercise, playing an instrument, doing something to relax etc. i now refuse to take antidepressants, don't see the point they work for so long then stop!
