Hi! I am on day 15, and I'm still a little nauseous first thing in the morning, but it goes away pretty quickly. The fatigue has been better the past two days.

Almost 2 months in on 50 mg per day.  I started to feel better after about 1 month or definitely a month and a half.  The fatigue seems to still be there in the morning upon first waking up as I take it at night before bed, but excercising regularly definitely has helped.  Good Luck & hang in there, better days are ahead!

I work early and used to be on citalopram which was great and gave me a boost everyday and the doc told me this would be quite similar as after 8 years the citalopram was only affecting me mildly, dunno wether to hang on a few weeks and hope the tiredness wares off before i consider switching to night time routine x

They advise it can take up to 6 weeks before your body accepts it

No problem ?? And I noticed you had asked about side effects in a previous comment. I've been on 200mg for 2 years and my side effects have been horrendous. I've gained 2 stone, had insomnia then extreme weight loss (then the weight went back on) loss of interest in things, zero sex drive, depression, sickness and dizziness the list goes on. sad everyone is different though
