      I was on 150mg but my anxiety returned and it was increased to 200mg over 2 weeks ago. So far, so good!

    Hi Pam im on 150mg which have been on this dose for years it helps me i suffer with anxiety and depression

    i just started 200 yesterday. i was nervous at first because that is the max dose i was on 175 for awhile but anxiety kicked back in
