    Hi Ranger,

What have you been prescribed the sertraline for?

Are you also doing any talking therapies or has this been suggested by your GP?

You say there was a slight difference at the end of your 50mg period, did this drop back again, or have you just had no further improvement since moving up to 100mg?

Depression and anxiety symptoms also, stemming from a bad physical injury I sustained! Yeah small improvement at end of 50mg and more or less nothing so far on 100mg only effect it's having is the weight gain lol

Ranger, if you don’t noticed any more improvements in another month at 100mg, you may want to let your doc know and explore possible other meds. From what little I know, once a doc gets you on one med, he will slowly up the dosage all the way to see if you have positive reaction, so he may up you to 200mg (maybe 250mg if you are very big) first before changing you to another med. Take care.
