Setraline low heart rate ?

Posted , 4 users are following.

Hi, i would like to ask... i am on setraline for 2 weeks so far because of strong cardiofobia ...  last months was my resting heart rate about 75 - 80 .. i am overweight so i think it was normal for my body type... but now i have only 58 - 64 ...which causes me again anxiety that my heart is getting slower..  i would not worry if i would be slim, but as i read obese people should have the heart rate higher... Somebody experienced slower heart rate after using setraline too please ?

    Hi Marci

    im no slim Jim either

but since iv been on sertraline my resting heart rate is about 60.

Before these and because of anxiety it was up to 100.

because anxiety has dropped so has the heart rate.

    Hi Marci,

Please try not to check your heart rate if you feel alright. You're fine! I was the same... checking blood pressure, hear rare, blood sugar.... Coz we are anxious....

This heart rate is normal with Sertaline. :-)
