Hi Brian, yes I had a lot of success for anxiety on 150mg sert, after a year reduced to 100mg. Only drawback was weight gain, over a stone on a tiny frame. Doc said changing to prozac can trigger the weight loss but no, hardly! And my anxiety and migraines are troubling me again. I may go back on sert, tho the initial side effects were horrendous, it really did help once i got to the right dose for me. Talk to your doc about upping your dose? Oh and i had betablockers to calm panic attacks, stopped them actually, and 2mg diazepam for the really bad days, very calming. talk therapy helped to an extent and cbt. Hope this helps :-)

Hi Brian, I am on Venlafaxine 225 and it works really well on anxiety- it’s  non existent now, however my depression is still not improving greatly so will start Sertraline 50 alongside on Monday.
