Sever pressure in ear after diving.

So for the past week or so ive been diving about 3 times a day every day and i havent had a single issue but today i was having difficulty clearing my ears. On the last dive today they felt alright and i was able to clear them for the most part or at least i thought. While asscending i felt a bit of discomfort but nothing too bad i was going up and down trying to get my ears to clear and for the most part it worked. I never really felt any pain just slight discomfort i felt fine in the water but by the time i reached the surface i noticed i couldnt hear very well and it felt like there was somthing built up inside my ear. Its is very uncomfortable and i am extremely worried i am with my family on vacation and noone will acknowledge that anything is wrong they keep telling me to sleep it off and it might be fine later. Doctors are out of the equation since noone will bother to take me what could it be and what can i do to make it better please help i fly home sunday and i am really worried ill be forced onto a plane causing serious dammage.
