Several years of chronic fatigue and pain. What could it be?

(I know I have to go to the doctor to get the best results but it doesn't hurt to ask online about it until I can make an appointment)

Short background info: I'm a 20 year old female. My pre-existing conditions are autism, anxiety with OCD features, body focused repetitive disorder, dysthymia (chronic depression), and GERD. I used to have intestinal issues but not really anymore, only on occassion.

I have been experiencing chronic fatigue since I was in my mid teens (14-16?) and it has gotten worse over the years. It has never stopped but I do have fluctuating worse and better times with it. I also have widespread pain in my body. It is a dull and achey feeling that happens everywhere but especially in my lower back, arms and legs, shoulders and neck. These things have prevented me from being able to work to provide for myself and has ruined friendships for me because I have to sleep so much and end up missing events I am supposed to go to, etc. I also have on and off headaches that happen in different parts of my head every time, it's never the same kind of headache, I have difficulty falling asleep at night most of the time and I will sleep all day. I have tingling and numbness in my hands and feet often.

What could I possibly have? These problems have been happening to me for years and it started when I was so young. I suspect fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue syndrome but I don't know for sure. I must add that I've never had a problem with losing or gaining weight, I'm 5'1 and always at a comfortable 98-103 lbs. I have gotten blood tests in the past and nothing showed up. My blood pressure is always normal when I go to the doctor.

Also I forgot to add that sleeping doesn't help the fatigue it is literally always there. And I have tender points on my body when pressed it hurts. No I do not bruise easily either.
