Severe abdominal problems ever since a holiday, please help me...

My life has truly been destroyed and just keeps getting worse due to the symptoms I am/have been experiencing. This is a long story but if you think you can help me in any way... please take the time to read it because I'm really suffering
I am a 20 year old female with no previous health or stomach issues..My issues all started after a holiday I took to Israel when I has just turned 19. A few days after arriving home from the country, I began to feel waves of extreme nausea throughout the day which would come and go. Then.. one night i woke up with the worst abdominal pains I have ever experienced followed by these symptoms: Diarrhea, extreme nausea (gagging but unable to vomit), clay coloured stool, horrific smelling stool, horrific smelling breathe (smelt the same as the stool), extreme fatigue, painful bloating in upper and lower stomach and sometimes back ache.
I was bed bound with these symptoms for nearly a month and went to the doctor within this time. They took stool samples and blood tests but found nothing abnormal. Me and my family could not believe it as the symptoms and my condition was honestly horrific. I was convinced I had a parasite or something.. but they found nothing unusual.
Ever since this event, my stomach has not been the same. I suffer daily due to extreme and painful bloating (which gets worse throughout the day), fatigue, nausea, abnormal stools etc. I have completely cut out gluten and I am also on a vegan diet.. pretty much only eat cooked foods also as they are easier to digest but STILL i suffer from all these symptoms. It is not as extreme as the initial attack, of course, as I am not bed bound every day but I feel very very unwell.
Recently, things have gotten even worse and I also have these dull ache in my lower abdomen and the previous symptoms are still there but more extreme..
I have been to the GP and they have set up an appointment for me with a stomach specialist in a few weeks but I just wanted to know if anyone on here has had a similar experience or has any clue what is happening to me?
My life has completely changed. I don't go out much because I feel so unwell (especially in the evenings), I am so worried about eating everyday because it just makes me feel worse, I have lost so much confidence in my body because my stomach is constantly big and bloated, my job is difficult because I feel so tired and ill at work. I really really want answers and to get better I just feel so lost and want help...

You have same symptoms like I had couple months ago. It was the worst pain I've experienced in my life. I was at ER and they did CT scan with contrast of my abdomen and lungs . It came back normal . Did a pelvic ultrasound - normal. Stool test, blood work , thyroid test, urine, ultrasound of liver, pancreas, and gallbladder- normal. They did function of my organs - normal. They did daisies blood test - normal. They did ultrasound of neck because I developed some lump on neck - normal and after everything they did endoscopy- was positive on H pylori !!!! Had a course of antibiotics- didn't kill bacteria . They gave me higher dose 5500 mg -18 pills daily for 10 days which I didn't take because I got pregnant . First course helped me right away but unfortunately I didnt get rid of bacteria . I lived with pain for 5 months ! It was something that I would never wish to my worst enemy! Ask for H pylori test and see what happens ! You are too young for cancer ! I was 100% sure that I had a cancer because pain was killing me . Lost 20 lbs in 5 months !

I think a endoscopy would be a good idea but I am sure your Stomach Doc will sort all this out for you.
Hope you find out the problem, the worst thing is all the waiting for tests and results without really knowing what is wrong(and the constant worry its something bad)
I am going through it myself now.
Having a CT scan soon and am going to request a colonoscopy as I am not happy as I know something isnt right with me.
