I've had this symptom in the past but never this severe I feel like I am suffocating I constantly search for that deep breath it 100% has me convinced I am dying it has left me just wanting to lay in the bed over the fear of running out of air while performing day to day task it is very scary probably the worst symptom I've ever experienced I've been to a doctor in the past and they said anxiety but the air hunger has gotten severe when I say severe I mean a life or death type of feeling of having no air like a constant feeling of running a marathon in 5 minutes feeling and it just has me feeling that there is something severely wrong and it's probably gonna be cause of my death can y'all relate any advice..

You should definitely see a pulmonary physician to assure it's not something more critical, but that being said I have suffered from shortness of breath when I was experiencing intense anxiety/panic attacks. It's like you can't catch your breath. Anxiety can definitely bring that on. But see a specialist just to be sure, and it may help you get over the anxiety.
