Could be your kidneys. Have you been drinking enough water ? Dehydration can cause lower back pain. Just saying.

Hi SAPNA123 Sorry for what is you are going through.i can understand .i was in the same situation 3 months ago.i was very rendered useless by anxiety since i could not eat drink the whole day and in the night no sleep at all.but lete remind you that during the time of your anxiety which has taken tall in your life.remember their are two this.1: things we can control 2: things that we cannot control.and most of the time number two applies to most anxiety patients because we want to run ourselves down trying to control this out of our reach and that lead to overthinking.
then to anxiety.so number one identify the cause of your anxiety. number two separate from things you cannot control and accept the situation as it is.share you worries to you caring friend but remember not to friend that can mock you.pain you are experiencing are part of anxiety.during thr time of my anxiety i could experience muscle aches, headaches ,poor eye sight, and my legs were paining and i can see you are experiencing the same.i can tell you also that if you are spending a lot of time i bed i can case such pains also.please don't strain yourself too much .look at me i was in your same exact spot one time but now im totally changed completely, healed and Woking.let me tell you take time out from your house take your bike if you have one explore the nature around you.go to game parks, visit friends.all the above i s what i did during 3 months of very seriously and severe anxiety.the last things you can is google.googling symptoms can spiral anxiety since you can start believing in things that you don't have.hope i have helped you.wishing you quick recovery and your response.

Hi,
I suffer from anxiety it impacts my breathing and i hyperventilate constantly. Therefore i get horrendous back pain. Where is your pain?

Yes I get the back home all over to. I can go days without it but then I get it in between my shoulder blades, I get lower back pain and I get over the lower left hand side, everywhere and then that makes the anxiety worse. Then I end up googling it because I can't not do it and then that makes the anxiety worse still. Vicious cycle. Sorry I'm not much help. Hugs x

It sounds very similar. I'm the same in that, the more i panic, the worse the hyperventilation and back pain! Try not to worry. Avoid stimulants like coffee etc. They make me worse. Hope you find some relief soon.

I have every pain you can think of. Back pain, shortness of breath, rapid heart rate, feel weak and tired most days. Doctor says it is all anxiety. Went to emergency room last weak, nothing found. I feel like I am going crazy with all these symptoms and no real diagnosis other then anxiety. Yes anxiety can cause alot of different symptoms. Back pain could be caused from sitting, standing or sleeping wrong. Watch it , gets better your ok, worsening symptoms get it looked at. Our bodies get aches and pains. The thing about an anxious mind is that we take every little symptom and we blow it up. Normal headache, millions of people get and now we have a brain tumor. Little flutter in the heart, boom heart attack. I am convinced that our bodies are hyper sensitive and we feel every emotion and physical symptom 10X more then the average person. Hang in there. Negative testsfor corona, your going to be just fine.
