thank you so much for your reply, its means so much and hearing you have the same symptoms.

Today has been so hard.. I've been on a long day in work and dont know how I made it without going insane and making a fool of myself.

Only get this occasionally without knowing why. it gives a feeling of something being wrong

somewhere. It does stop after a while but not a nice feeling. perhaps go to see your gp.

Best of luck hope it comes right x

Hey, I've had all sorts of throat symptoms too, lump feelings, something stuck, odd swallowing, be assured its all anxiety, and will not harm u. Keep saying to yourself this is just anxiety there is nothing wrong and it will pass. It is horrible and upsetting though. Feel ya pain 😊

thanks! I'm home from work.. 2 glasses of red wine (dont the answer I know) and I feel much better.

I havent been like this for about 10 years... I dont know what kicked it off.

I've referred myself for CBT which helped so much last time so fingers crossed 🤞 shame it's such a long waiting list 😔

I used to get this and other things when my anxiety was high, and at the time it's scary! But once I finally gave in and started taking something for anxiety and those things went away, I knew it was just anxiety and causing my brain to hyper focus on any little thing I felt. Of course if something ever really just feels 'off' you can always go to the doctor just to get the all clear but more then likely as it was for me, it's just anxiety.

    Best Wishes !
