Severe Anxiety related to heart

Hi I have been getting horrible palpitations and pvcs, sob, impending doom, feel really nervous all the time, lack of appetite and can't sleep at night because I'm scared of what might happen. I've been to docs and had blood tests and ecg and he has referred me to cbt and waiting on an app for that. I'm 25 years old and I feel this is never going to end. I'm terrified all time and I have 3 beautiful children and I'm scared the doctors have missed something. I used to be so happy and now I'm just so sad all the time because of this. The palpitations are the worst like when you go up a hill in a car feeling and thuds in my chest. Has anybody else had this? I don't believe the doctors, I do suffer with anxiety but this is happening even when I don't feel anxious please help.

It is happening to me too, I dont think u have to feel anxious for it to happen. It just happens. Happened to me all night last night. I have the bad headache that wont go away for over 3 weeks aftwr they told me some awful stuff that they thought was wrong with me and ended up coming out normal. So now I feel the same way you feel. I have 4 beautiful children that are being effected by this too. I ahve been to a ton of hospitals and drs they all say everything is normal its juat anxiety. So frustrating

      Hi mindymin81

Do you get the palpitations as well? They are horrible and scary. Just feel so unwell all the time and doctors send you away with medication and don't offer any reason why or what is happening. I miss being normal again. I hope your headaches go away and thank you for replying to me smile x

      Hi Nicole75565

yes that's exactly right Hun it makes you feel so depressed and like a dark cloud is following you around. I've cut out tea altogether, scared to eat certain things that have made it worse, cut right down on cigarettes. I went from 15 to about 5 every 3 days. Aches and pains in places that scare me so much and these horrendous palpitations for no reason sad i am living like I'm in danger all the time. Is that how u feel? I don't run about after the kids anymore and they are always asking if I'm feeling better. sad I'm off sick from work just now and feel like I've went from 5 steps forward in my life to 10 steps back! It's relentless. I hope your ok and I'm here to chat if you want anytime. X

      Hey hun 😔

Yes I'm the same way. My heart does that all the time to wear I'm scared I'm gonna pass out. I'm always feeling nervous like something is gonna happen.. I'm always thinking something is wrong with me.. A doctor can tell me I'm healthy but i still feel well maybe they over looked something.. I always feel antsy or that I'm goin crazy. I use to always wonder if I'm the only one who goes through this especially be so young. I don't live like normal 27 yr olds. I'm scared to take risk or travel alone. I'm always on the what if this happens.. Or what if that happens.. I'm scares to take meds so I'm just all over the place.
