Severe Back Pain

Hey, my name is Zivvy.

Here's some background info: I have multiple scoliosis, and I have back pain every day. Increasingly, I have to pop my back multiple times a day, for small reliefs, but I find nothing that helps with it. My doctor thinks it's mainly caused by my breasts, and she wants me to try to lose some weight and see if I qualify for a breast reduction. I'm currently a size E and DDD. [I have a 5 and 6 inch difference.]

But, while my back pain has been worse since my breasts have gotten bigger, I've had back pain for as long as I can remember, so I doubt the surgery will help much.

Anyways, when I pop my back, I either lean backwards on a chair, and gently ease back on different parts on my spine. I will scoot forwards or backwards, depending on the chair.

I will also lay on my side, with the leg that's on the floor straight out, and my top leg bent at the knee with my foot tucked behind my other knee. I will then [keeping my top hip leaning forwards toward the floor. The arm that is on the floor will be bent at the elbow, but in line with my shoulders. I use my other arm to push my top hip forwards, while leaning my top shoulder towards the floor backwards. Then I do the same to my other side.

I found that the chair method is best for popping my upper back, but the floor method is wonderful for a deep, middle to lower back pop[s].

However, tonight I'm sitting in my computer chair and wanted to twist a bit to see if my back popped.

It didn't, but when I twisted one way, I felt a sharp, sudden prick in the middle of my back. It felt like someone pinched my spine and squeezed it.

Since then, it has been pulsing in pain, and the only way I can relieve it is by leaning forward with my elbows on my knees, and my shoulders hunched upwards towards my face. And, boy, does that get uncomfortable after a minute or so.

It hurts to move my arms, and torso, however, I can walk. But, if I walk to fast or jar it in anyway or move anything to fast, it hurts ten times worse.

Now, about 30 minutes after it happened, I am now getting a sudden jolt through my spine down to my tailbone, and into my left buttock. I'm not sure if that is cause by me sitting hunched over and up, or if it's cause by the injury to my spine.

It also feels like a deep pressure with some dull pain when I deliberately try to take a deep breath in, that extends to my sternum a  with a sharp pain when I breathe out.

I'm not sure it warrants an ER visit, but if anyone knows what it is, or other ways I can relieve the pain it would be greatly appreciated.

[I don't have ibuprofen or any other pain relievers around, I'm not too big on taking medication if I don't have too. However, I am on Amitriptalin 10mg and Duloexotine 30mg so I can't use anything that would mess with those.]

Thanks in advance.
