Severe bloating daily for 15 years

It started all of a sudden when I was 16. My tummy would get bloated, I needed to release gas soon after without much delay, or cramps and lots of sounds would be the result.
It's been 15 years now and I still have not found a solution to this. It has a severe impact on my private life. I mean who even dares to go dating if one has to fart constantly?
My tummy constantly makes rumbling sounds and at least once a day, usually 6-8 hours after having a meal, I look like 9 months pregnant. Even though I'm a guy! At almost any time of the day I can push into my hard tummy and hear the air move around. It's creepy and painful.
In the past I've also suffered a lot more from diarrhea, which I got somewhat under control now, by not eating fruits like apples / drinking juice. So I guess I have a problem with fructose, but leaving this out of my diet has not helped the bloating. Knowing that I cannot consume fruits makes following diets that could potentially help me with the bloating even more difficult though.
Things tried:
Gastroscopy, colonoscopy, no lactose diet, food intolerances blood tests. What doctors would usually tell me was "You're the healthiest human I've ever seen." and give me a "Stop complaining!" face.
Things I know:
I get particularly bloated after eating white bread (buns), so I have not eaten that in many years. And I know about the fruit-diarrhea issue mentioned above. I think remembering that a gluten intolerance blood test was negative.
What I've tried now:
I googled foods that absolutely cannot cause gas, and I found out that rice doesn't.
So, for two days, I ate nothing but rice crackers, which consist of nothing but rice and salt. And I have to say that for once I did not look like being 9 months pregnant. As stupid as that sounds, that really made my day, and gave me hope. Obviously I can't eat rice crackers forever, so the next day I added minced meat and eggs (both fried in oil) to the rice cracker diet, and in the evening I was all bloated again. The reason I tried minced meat and eggs was because those also did not contain any add-ons, nothing that should in any way cause gas. It was really just purely meat and eggs, plus the oil. So what caused the bloating? The oil? I've lost all my hope again, and I'm down to just the rice crackers again. Even with the rice crackers though, there is some gas, just not as severe and painful.
What would you suggest I try? I'm really suffering from all this, particularly since I don't really have a private life anymore thanks to the gas.
