I know i have replied to a few of your comments but i am going down the list, you know gastritis and GERD can cause all over severe body pain and also PPIs can cause body pain, its a double whammy, peri causes an increase in digestive issues and pain anyway then the digestive issues cause body pain, then the meds can!

i know lovely wont touch the meds been there made me worse, all natural now have ordered some progesterone cream and im taking magnesium x

I have had Achilles Tendonitis in both ankles for 20 years (peri didnt cause this but is probably making it worse) A year ago I started getting hip pain in my right hip then shortly after in my left hip to so walking is always painfully and 5 months ago I developed Golfers elbow in my dominant right arm then the left one so I currently feel the tin man out of the wizard of oz 😳 yesterday was a better day like I had taken painkillers but today its back to painful and stiffness so I defo think its fluctuating hormones thats causing or worsening, in my case, tendonitis. I need a new improved body fast! 😭

aw bless you sarah, i had a good day saturday now back in hell grrrrrr, i have fibroids so i think my estrogen is quite high and high estrogen raises histamine, my skin is so itchy it bruises, hoping you have a better day tomorrow, do you use epsom salts at all? theyre excellent for joint pain etc x

Oh no....... Its horrible when you have a good day or week and then it goes bk to the pain and hell again as I think is that it is the menopause over. No havent tryed epsom salts but I will get some, thanks for that 👍 I have had awful itching for 10 years that was my first peri symptom, it kicks in b4 my period comes, I take an antihistamine if its really bad. Hope you feel better soon, take care xx

I sincerely hope it doesn't 😒 I didnt click it was hormones until years later when I started to see a pattern of it happening b4 my period was due I thought it was shampoo was using or hair dye as mine is worse on my scalp and face, I used to scratch that much it caused regular boils on my face so I had to make sure I dont have long nails now 😮 I would say its not as bad now but I just take a antihistamine. I started with it at 43 im 53 now but I did read its due to low estrogen as it effects your skin. My main problem now is mainly the pain I feel like im 80 when its bad. So over this peri crap 😡

estrogen and histamine go hand in hand, so its normally high estrogen that cause a histamine reaction x

Thats good to know as I sometimes get periods where I feel like I have a cold and then it just disappears. My sex drive has been on a very long vacation to and came back a bit today so I guess thats low estrogen which causes lack of sex drive? Im still trying to figure it all out the different symptons which are caused by low estrogen and high estrogen.

yes it is very up and down 😳 what is a natural progesterone cream? I am hoping to visit my doctors whenever they re-open properly to discuss the pain and the lack of sex drive and hopefully get a test to see whats happening with my hormones and what they recommend. Its nice to chat to someone about it that understands, my partner trys to but the eyes glazing over says it all 😂
