severe chest pain and shoulder blades 23 years old

Really worried I can not go to doctors for two days ad I have just applied to a new doctors I have had little chest pain for around a week on and off last night I got the worst pain worst then labour in my shoulder blades it spread out to the center of back if chest and front and I got the whole doom like feeling in my chest neck and head after breife shaking u then went complete calm and thought this us it nothing can be done it's my time (not like me at all )

It faded out after around 10 minutes after leaving it in my right shoulder /arm this morning I woke up with sharp pains randomly in my shoulder and under breast nothing major like stick pains then I got really bad pain again this morning in my shoulder blades yet again spreading this lasted luke 10 seconds but left my arms with weird pains nothing too bad just yet does this sound start of heart attack I had a heart echo because of fast heartrate in October which looked normal they did a 24 hour holter again looked ok .

also before this pain started last night it felt like my heart rate went funny kinda jerky palos is all I can explain and my breathing was jerkimg with it which made my breathing make loud pops then the pain came on .

I can describe the pain as a though I do not know how to describe it was like been winded /somebody squeezing /been punched !

It was the worst pain I have ever had in my chest /shoulders I am under a great deal of stress im greiving still but I have a child at the age of tantrums amd another at the age of answer back my partner works long hours so everything at home is down to me and it is very stressful .

    Hi  the way you write  seems stressful.   and your lifestyle suggests  a stress related  reaction.  especially if heart monitoring comes back negative.      we are not qualified to give diagnosis  of course  and a doctor ultimately will be your solution.  but  whenever i get stressed  i get pain and discomfort in the way you describe,   i suggest you do try to relax until you know for definite the problem do you have any kind of chest infection?  ie  is it difficult to breathe for example  or is the act of taking breath painful.  if so  maybe  it might be pleurisy which can create considerable pain and can effect at any age    if it continues     urge your doctor to investigate  is my advise

      I have had a weord bug I think because I have been sneezing a little I went extremely exhausted Friday I couldn't lift a arm and fell asleep sat up and couldn't remember it all I know is I was telling my partner how bad I felt and shaking like a fit then I got woken up at 8 in the morning .

      I also woke up last week one morning my chest was so painful and tight I couldn't get a breath in deep enough but this lasted around a hour And cleared .

      I haven't got a chest infection but I suppose I could have something viral ect but even chest infection pain was nothing on the pain I got last night although it was like that my friend has said I may have what you have mentioned because she has it after having chest pain for 4 months xx

    Thanks for our reply  a question would be, have you  been coughing up nasty  fluids or purile material?  and how long has this cough been going on for?,and  did you when you were younger have a severe chest infection related to  astma, or  pneumonia, or  other respiratory  events?.  ask your doctor about possible  bronchiectasis the  symptoms kinda fit
