I have an unmarried 35-year-old sister who suffers from severe chronic constipation until she has taken the tablets of depression. This has aggravated her condition so that she does not get excreted except in the sanatoriums so that she will take a local anesthetic and enter the operating room to get the stool out mechanically. Help so that all the medical tests showed that her body is healthy if you have any pleasure please do not care about it we suffer and we suffer with it who read what you wrote please help him morally thank you

There are many remedies for severe constipation, however, not even I would recommend some of them. Mainly because you can cause more damage to your other organs which is not worth doing in the first place.

I used to suffer badly with constipation because of medicines I have to take on a daily basis and I'm in a wheelchair, so things like walking, running and doing any fitness solution went out the window.

However, I have always used a remedy that my mother used to use with the family, and to this day it still works.

All it is, is just drink a large cup of coffee but not made in the same way which you would drink everyday. Yes, I know we should keep excessive sugar out of our diets - before anyone says anything. If you suffer from diabetes then DO NOT use this method.

Make one cup or mug of coffee. This must be caffeinated coffee and made with milk, not water. The last addition is Demerara sugar (Brown sugar which will give you a molasses kick). Three heaped teaspoons is normally enough in one cup of caffeinated coffee.

The way it works... The caffeinated coffee stimulates the stomach just like a meal would.

The effect is 60% stronger than just drinking water and 20% stronger than drinking standard decaffeinated coffee.

Relief can be as quick as 30 minutes to 6 hours depending on your body type.

    Hope this helps your sister.
