SEVERE constipation with Hemorhhoids??

I know I have internal roids, I know I have a fissure. I have been checked 2 times and have had a colonoscopy.  No one ever seems to be concerned but me. I get so severely constipated that even taking my Linzesse does not allow me to go. I need to, and have the feeling but cannot get it to pass. Do internal roids get big enough to cause this? It usually settles down after a week or so and then stays clear for a month or 2 then it starts all over again.

    I was the same way, I went to a colon surgeon and found out I had a prolapse colon. It's called Rectocele. Severe constipation which caused my fissure and external hems. I had surgery for all on 2 weeks ago. Go to a colon surgeon or your OBGYN to see if you have a prolapse colon.

      Did yours come and Go? Mine seems to go away ones the hemorrhoid swelling goes down. Is that somethung that would come and go? What surgery did they do and is the recovery awful?

      I went to a colon surgeon because I stayed in hem pain. I was constipated every day. The colon surgeon told me I had a prolapse colon. So I went to my OBGYN and they confirmed my prolapsed colon. Rectrcele. The OBGYN set me up with a surgeon. I had Rectrocele and fissure and external hem surgery. I was so miserable before surgery, I'm much better now and no more pain.

      Oh I'm 18 days post op. Surgery was worth the pain. The first week of surgery was horrible and I couldn't sit. But like I said I was so miserable before surgery. Now I'm much better.
